On the Texas suit against Virgin and Creative Commons (Lessig Blog)
Creative Commons has been sued for the apparently wrongful use of a photo taken of a minor and which was then posted to Flickr under a Creative Commons license. The photo was used by Virgin in the much publicised advertising campaign in Australia.
