Ok, I have been a Hospice supporter in my own small way since my dad passed away about 7 years ago (he had cancer and Hospice took terrific care of him while he was there). I joined the Hospice Witwatersrand group on Facebook and was ok with all the messages I have received over time which didn’t really have any relevance to me but today was enough. I have received 4 freakin’ invitations to the Hospice Hold’em Poker tournament today alone. I just left the group and I am on the verge of blocking the woman sending out all the invitations (I have only blocked one other person on Facebook). Being a charity organisation doesn’t give you the right to spam people like crazy.
