Firefox Personas spice up your browser
I discovered Firefox personas this morning and it is a pretty handy way to spice up your browser. I prefer it to themes because it is easier to add them on the fly using the Personas menu that is added to your status bar. I think you may need to be running Firefox 3.5b4 for this to work though.

The Service Station
We went to the Service Station in Melville for Mothers’ Day Breakfast and it is a great spot for breakfasts, coffee/tea and cake and other meals. Open 7:30am to 6pm weekdays. Great looking cakes!

Evernote and Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanners | Evernote... →
I use Evernote and I have a ScanSnap.  This degree of integration is fantastic!  The way the process works, it scans into Evernote and also outputs the file into your usual location so you get the best of both worlds - adding the scans to Evernote for later reference and scanning the doc for your records.

Standard Bank compromising account information...
I just had a weird experience with Standard Bank. My wife got a call this morning from someone purporting to be from Standard Bank about a glitch with my business account. She was told that a payment had to be made into that account and she was given my account details for the payment. We were concerned this might be a scam but the account details were mine and the payment my wife made did...
